Smith House was an amazing find! The value for money was exceptional and the room was top-notch, with immaculate cleanliness and stylish decor. The location was perfect, next to the river and close to the town center. The staff treated me like a VIP, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring my stay was comfortable.

Stayed at a place with free WiFi, air conditioning, and access to a garden. Oh, and they even had a seating area! Such luxury.

Immaculate, stylish, and mind-blowingly clean. The attention to detail is jaw-dropping, with every convenience thought of. The sun streaming in the room is amazing, and the aircon heat pump keeps the temperature perfect. Despite being near a busy road, we didn't hear any traffic at night. The bed and linen felt brand new and were incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, next to the river and close to a beautiful running/walking loop. our stay was super and we'll definitely be coming back for more outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, and fishing. The free wi-fi, free parking, and outdoor dining area were great additions. The electric kettle and well-equipped kitchenette provided all we needed. The flat-screen TV with Chromecast was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Smith House in Whanganui. The host, Rory, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches like spare towels and extra toiletries. The apartment was well soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The location, near the river and the Bridges running/walking loop, was perfect. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely choose Smith House again. Highly recommended! I'll recommend this place to others.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un B&B in una posizione comoda per raggiungere le Cinque Terre. La struttura si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, permettendo di muoversi facilmente. Le camere sono dotate di arredi essenziali ma confortevoli. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio interno e la tranquillità della zona.
